  • Database sourcing: Lingo Telemarketing helps you not only to choose a database within appropriate criteria (such as turnover, employee size and location) but also checks the data to
       • remove discrepancies and inappropriate targets
       • check against TPS/CTPS registers and
       • remove duplicates.
  • Database cleansing: Lists are continually losing accuracy as people move around, company's change their locations and register with CTPS. The average list contains up to 10% impurities and it is good-practice to continually cleanse your database to ensure optimum accuracy and therefore the best chance of success. Lingo will contact at reception level to check each contact detail - such as ensuring you have the appropriate contact, all spellings are correct, missing data is added, duplicates are removed and that you are cleared against the TPS and CTPS registers.
  • Legal checking: Before contacting a new prospect it is a legal requirement to check against the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) and CTPS (Corporate Telephone Preference Service) registers. The register is valid for 28 days. If you are planning to integrate your telephone campaign with a direct mail campaign, you might also wish to check records against the MPS (Mail Preference Service) although this is not currently a legal requirement. Lingo Telemarketing can advise and implement this check.
  • List building: If you are planning to run a targeted marketing campaign, Lingo telemarketing will contact at reception level to create the appropriate database.
