Process
It is important to us to clearly understand your business and maintain good communication with you throughout the campaign. Having done our preparation, our telemarketers are then skilled in the art of conversation and will steer the call in the most appropriate direction to look for good quality opportunities for your whole business. Our 4 step process is simply:

  1. Set up - we take care to get to know your company & marketplace usually including a visit to your premises, draft skeleton scripts, plan objection handling, source or adapt your database
  2. Qualification - calls at reception level to establish the right contact and undertake any market research
  3. Telesales - calls to the decision maker to look for opportunities and set appointments if required
  4. Pleasant perisitence - we keep going!, keeping you informed, tweaking the campaign if necessary and providing topline and detailed reports as you require

You are welcome to visit our premises at any point during this process and we will respect your preferred level of communication - some clients prefer daily calls, others prefer only to be alerted if there is a hot lead or if we identify an issue.

Reporting and measurement
At Lingo Telemarketing we know how important it is to record the information gathered and pass it to our clients in a timely manner. We take our cue from you as to your prefered method, frequency and depth of reporting.

How we charge
